About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the restaurant when management isn't present.
You'll set the pace for every shift by coaching your team, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring every guest leaves with a great experience.
This position requires someone who leads from the front, takes ownership, and holds both themselves and their team accountable.
